Our fully automated laundering, sterilization and packaging process uses the latest, purpose-made equipment and is subjected to strict quality-control every step of the way, while all materials used are of the highest quality. All aspects of production, quality-control procedures and clean-room production facilities are certified by the Thai Food and Drug Administration (FDA), GMP cosmetic certified and T-Mark Certified.

Most 5-star hotels observe an industry standard of 150 bath towel usage cycles. But all Sato Oshibori towels are taken out of service after only 30-35 usage cycles, so you can be assured that your Oshibori will appear new and first-day fresh— every time. We will wash and clean all our worn out towel then donate them to charitable organizations in Thailand so they can be put to good use.

Sato Oshibori’s warming and cooling equipment is energy-efficient. Using nano technology and micro-processors instead of a compressor, each unit consumes only 35-50 Baht / month, and that translates into lower energy costs.

Our computerized demand/delivery management system continuously monitors your restaurant’s in calculating the correct quantity to meet your needs. For example: for cyclical peak traffic-usage days our system will automatically adjust-up your normal delivery size, and likewise reduce your delivery on low-traffic days. This system prevents stock over-supply, which saves valuable storage space. And in case of an unexpected surge in demand, Sato Oshibori offers emergency delivery service from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

“ซาโตะ โอชิโบริ” มีเครื่องมือคำนวณอันทันสมัยที่สามารถจดจำการใช้ “ผ้าโอชิโบริ” ของร้านท่าน เราจะบริการ “ผ้าโอชิโบริ” ตามความต้องการของท่านโดยจะคำนวณจากปริมาณของลูกค้าที่มีปริมาณมากในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์หรือวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ และปริมาณน้อยในวันธรรมดา โดยไม่ต้องกังวลว่า “ผ้าโอชิโบริ” จะมีปริมาณมากเกินไป ทำให้ท่านสามารถบริหารการใช้พื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นอีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ “ซาโตะ โอชิโบริ” ยังมีบริการจัดส่ง “ผ้าโอชิโบริ” ฉุกเฉินเร่งด่วน หากท่านมี “ผ้าโอชิโบริ” ไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน โดยให้บริการตั้งแต่เวลา 9.00 น. – 19.00 น. วันจันทร์ – เสาร์
